Archaeological and Historical Bibliography of Gloucester

Introduction

Gloucester has been intensively studied by many amateurs, scholars and professionals over many decades and even centuries. While accepting that it can never be totally complete, this Bibliography aims to collate in one place all reports of significance that have come to notice.

It was first produced in 1993 by Malcolm Atkin as a CD-ROM, and was revised to its present format in 2011 by Alan Tyler, who has now carried out a further update, down to the end of 2020.

Section One is an alphabetical listing by Author, and Section Two is a listing by Keyword.  The pdf is here.
