Our Annual General Meeting will be held in the Little Stoke Community Hall, Little Stoke Lane, Little Stoke, commencing at 2.15pm on Saturday 6 April 2024. Tea and cakes will be available after the meeting and Volume 141 of the Transactions will be available for members to collect. All members should have received the AGM agenda and associated paperwork by post.

Directions from Cheltenham / Gloucester / Stroud, from the M4 / M5 interchange, take slip road on left to A38 Almondsbury roundabout, 0.9 miles – bear left onto Aztec Way, 100 yards – bear left onto A38 Gloucester Road, ½ mile – bear left towards Stoke Lane, 200 yards – turn left into Stoke Lane, 0.9 miles – after passing Maple Close turn left into Little Stoke Lane for AGM.
Directions from Bristol, take the A38 Gloucester Road going north. After Filton Airbus and South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, bear left so as not to go over the flyover. Follow the signs for Yate and turn second right at the traffic lights under the flyover (first right takes you back on the A38 to Filton) to get on to the B4057, Gipsy Patch Lane. After the railway bridge take the 4th left into Little Stoke Lane. The Community Hall is about half a mile on the left.
Directions from Yate and Winterbourne, take the B4057 to the Mead Park roundabout. Go westwards along B4057 Gipsy Patch Lane and take second right into Little Stoke Lane. The Community Hall is about half a mile on the left. Car parking is free.
